CAMBODIA - New Life Fellowship
Greetings from Cambodia! When I am thinking of our INChurch family, I am grateful to God for our relationship that we have in the Kingdom of God. INChurch around the world and entire leadership team is a champion for the Kingdom of God. Your life and actions are inspiring everywhere around the world. I am also grateful for your role model of mission and love for the Lord and his beloved people. Your life is very encouraging to us here in Cambodia in many ways. I am grateful to God for having you as our family!
2020 is the year that has been very challenging for us and the world. The pandemic has reset the church and the whole world back to the original format, back to the book of Acts church. Taking big church gatherings back to small church gatherings, house church as the book of Acts. From focusing on celebrating on Sunday as big family to the living room in the house. Bringing back Christian families to play important role to lead and disciple their family. Husbands responsible to lead their house church and disciple the children. It is reset from program focusing church to people focusing church. The church has shifted back to the main thing that is Jesus focus. And our church has tried many ways in their best to connect and care for the people.
The Pandemic cannot stop Evangelism and Discipleship in the church. People need hope, love, and faith during this time. The church has tried many ways in their best to connect and care for the people moving with compassion to help the church and community. The pandemic has brought creativity to the Church and awakening the church to the fact that we are now living in Digital age and we need new way to reaching out to this generation.
For us here in Cambodia, we see the wonderful work of God through this Pandemic. There are a lot of testimonies of lives being touched and transformed by God’s power and through the ministries that New Life Fellowship has been doing.
As we are moving toward new year and living in new year, I believe that God will do something new to his people, his promises never change! “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19 ESV
